HOW TO BECOME A USER

Existing users of Raiffeisen Bank's electronic banking services can become users of the mobile banking app by activating their account on their mobile phone using their username and password.

Individuals who are not yet users of electronic banking can become users by requesting an activation code via SMS by contacting the Call Center or visiting a branch office.

Small businesses and entrepreneurs can become users by submitting an application for mobile and telephone banking at a branch office of Raiffeisen Banka a.d. Beograd.
